Our four-day Diploma in Leadership Development and our eleven-day NLP Leadership Practitioner are both accredited by INLPTA. The Diploma is the prologue to the Practitioner and provides a solid foundation in NLP, exploring tools for influencing people, building stronger teams and client relations whilst improving productivity in the workplace. The Practitioner investigates the most advanced tools available in the world today for advanced communication skills, stress management skills and self-management skills. Both programmes are uniquely delivered in unison with time-tested leadership training and development fundamentals along with copyrighted human relations principles.
Each of our unique two-day leadership training courses are INLPTA accredited Certificates in Leadership Development and are the modules that make up our Diploma in Leadership Development and our NLP Leadership Practitioner. All training courses have been purposefully designed in order that each delegate may attend without having completed any other module in the NLP Practitioner or NLP Diploma series. This allows each delegate the opportunity to sample some of the powerful modules from either the Diploma or the Practitioner, before committing to full certification.
Our four-day INLPTA accredited Certificate in Sales Development explores the classic selling process as well some advanced NLP techniques and is suitable for those that are both new to the role of sales or simply want to polish their existing skills. For sales presentations alone, corporate speeches or for leading team meetings, we created our two-day Persuasive Presentations programme. Our tailored 1-2-1 Business Coaching and Mentoring programme focuses on specific areas of sales development that the delegate wants to address in private and in confidence.
Our three-day INLPTA accredited Certificate in Senior Management Development training course explores effective strategies and principles that can enable senior managers to ‘raise the bar’ in order to influence and instigate organisational change, improve working relationships and maximise business performance through setting new standards. The senior management development modules include a 360 degree feedback survey and evaluation, all of which have been purposefully designed to suit senior managers, CEOs and Company Directors, specialising in any industry, from those who are new to seniority to the more experienced delegate that wants to polish their existing corporate image. Our 1-2-1 Executive Coaching and Mentoring programme focuses on specific areas of leadership and management that the delegate wants to address in private and in confidence.
