LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT HAS EVOLVED

This internationally recognised leadership development training course is the prologue to our INLPTA accredited NLP Leadership Practitioner and aims to develop core leadership skills for the purpose of influencing people and taking charge of our behaviour, building stronger teams and client relations whilst improving productivity in the work place. Each delegate will explore leadership development from the perspective of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), offering groundbreaking tools for peak-performance. It is comprised of two leadership development modules, Certificate in Self-Management and Certificate in Interpersonal Skills, which have been purposefully designed in order that each delegate may attend them separately, if required, without having completed any other training course in the Practitioner or Diploma series. The Hill Consultancy is currently the only organisation in the UK licensed to deliver this training course in a dedicated leadership development context.

We will invest time in designing training and executive coaching solutions for leadership development that bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Once designed, the solutions can be delivered as an in-house leadership development training course or offsite on our premises during the business day or outside of office hours.
