LEADERSHIP TRAINING HAS EVOLVED

This internationally recognised leadership training course investigates the most advanced tools available for leadership skills in the world today, which incorporates mastering communication skills, stress management skills, self management skills, change management skills and developing leadership styles in order that we might learn the distinctions between mediocrity and professional excellence then coach others to do the same. The aim of this leadership training course is to develop core leadership skills for the purpose of influencing people, building stronger teams and client relations whilst improving productivity and performance in the work place.

It is comprised of five two-day leadership skills modules plus a single one-day module, some of which have been purposefully designed in order that each delegate may attend them separately without having completed any other leadership training courses in the Practitioner or Diploma series. It is a pre-requisite that the delegate attends the INLPTA Accredited Diploma in Leadership Development beforehand, which provides a necessary prologue for the material covered in this leadership training course. The Hill Consultancy is currently the only organisation in the UK licensed to deliver this syllabus in a dedicated leadership training course context.

Advanced Interpersonal Skills	Handle the difficult behaviour of others by modelling people that can. Tackle challenging conversations from different perspectives for faster results. Begin to appreciate the competent methods of others and learn from them. Increase in our ability to test for positive or negative results in others. Refine our own unconscious decision-making strategies. Master how to respond to Maslow’s five human needs. Discover ways of being able to meet our five human needs. Realise that a needs-analysis has a deeper structure than just words alone.
