Content

The workshop explores how we can capitalise on our existing resources as an organisation and how we can manage current conflict and change. We will also investigate the answer to the question: what is the difference that makes the difference in business? You will be introduced to strategies and principles for leadership and sales excellence derived from classic processes as well as from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). You will hear case studies of how people have been able to overcome major challenges and achieve outstanding results even when the odds have been stacked against them.

Methodology and Composition

The workshop is delivered over a two-hour period, in-house and on your premises. Every delegate will discuss each of the above critical business issues specifically relating to your company and industry in every instance. The task corporately provides the opportunity for the delegates to engage in experiential team development. The workshop can be used as a sample of how The Hill Consultancy operates as an organisation in terms of training content, delivery style, rapport with delegates and end results.

The information gathered during a Business Development Workshop, will be subsequently analysed and compiled, then a tailored solution will be designed to meet your specific needs that will bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. This will then be presented back to you for your consideration.

Free Workshop

Following the delivery of a Business Development Workshop, should you decide to appoint The Hill Consultancy to deliver the proposed corporate solution, either in-house (minimum two days) or by the way of an open programme, then the investment made for the workshop will be deducted from the total investment for the corporate solution.
