Nick Hill GDip FBIPP began his career in 1987 as a commercial photographer, earning three Fellowships equaling David Bailey and Lord Litchfield. From 1994-2003 he managed a dedicated sales agency specialising in telesales, telemarketing and business development including investing three years with Dale Carnegie (author of ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’) as a Trainer, Business Coach and Business Development Manager, overseeing many blue chip accounts.

He is now Principle Trainer for The Hill Consultancy, specialising in delivering results-driven, motivational leadership training courses and 1-2-1 executive coaching solutions that employ a framework of certified NLP. He is a Licensed NLP Business Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner and the first in the UK to be awarded the title of Executive Master Coach with the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA), having completed over eighty training days as a delegate. He is also currently completing a BA (hons) degree in Psychology and Theology with the University of Wales.
